Use your phone as a remote for your toy
Scan a QR code and your phone becomes a remote for your toy. Use the sliders, or hold the phone and move it: faster moves give faster strokes. No app is needed.

- 1On your computer, open Control my toy and add your toy.
- 2Press Use a phone remote.
- 3Scan the QR code with your phone camera.
- 4The remote opens on your phone and links by itself.
Sliders or motion
- Sliders: set Speed and Stroke, pick a pattern and press Start.
- Move your phone: press Start, allow motion if the phone asks, then move the phone. Faster moves give faster strokes.
- Use Sensitivity to match the strokes to how big your moves are.
What your computer shows
The control screen shows Controlled by remote and a live view of every stroke the remote sends. The controls on the computer pause while the remote is in charge. Press Disconnect remote to take control back.
If the remote goes offline, the toy stops. It moves again when the remote comes back.
Questions
Does the phone need an app?
No. The remote is a web page. It works in the phone's normal browser.
Why does my phone say motion access was blocked?
The phone asks before a web page may read its motion sensors. Allow it and press Start again. You can also use Sliders.
How long does a remote link work?
A link works for about two hours. You can make a new one at any time.
